AE&E Technical Administrative Assistant

This position is for a technical administrative assistant to support an IT executive. Person must be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Skills include business communications, knowledge of information technology, general accounting, and the ability to wear many hats. This position will involve contacting business partners, setting up meetings, and helping the IT executive with any problems that may arise. Benefits for this position involve the ability to learn about marketing, sales cycle, and technical service delivery form a time-tested, rapidly growing company. Some of the qualifications AE&E Corporation are looking for in this position include QuickBooks; all Microsoft Office applications including Access, and basic HTML skills. Candidate must be able to make simple sales calls, setup appointments, and schedule technicians to perform work. Candidate must also be able to perform basic book keeping and have QuickBooks experience. Candidate must be willing to learn online marketing and website creation. Position will be a contract to hire position based on performance. Job has work at home options and flexibility unheard of in the administrative field.
